Shipping options are currently available for most US locations and territories. Unfortunately, due to size concerns, we do not currently ship to APO or FPO shipping addresses.
When an order is ready it will be shipped on the next business day using the selected shipping service, we reserve the right to switch to a similar service if needed. All shipping times are based on the carrier service, check their respective sites for delivery estimates and guarantees. Orders are shipped from Somerville, MA 02144.
For delays in delivery please contact the carrier directly. If any of the gifts in your order are damaged or broken during shipment contact us at email@example.com for assistance with repair or replacement of your order.
Due to the size of our beer tap umbrellas, most orders need to be shipped separately and cannot be combined. For smaller beer gifts like our bottle openers, we will combine orders when possible.
For in-stock items, orders may take up to three business days to get prepped, packed, and be ready to ship. Be sure to take this into consideration when estimating the arrival date of your order.
For made to order beer tap umbrellas and other gifts, production time will vary. With some orders, parts need to be shipped from partner breweries and vendors, this will affect how quickly we can ship your order. Custom orders for beer gifts will be processed on a first come, first served basis. We’ll give you an estimate of the production time when you place your order. Expect to allow for at least a week for the special order tap handle to arrive and at least three days for your custom order to be created.
