RainTaps Return and Refund Policy


When placing an order with RainTaps you are agreeing that you have read, understand, and agree to this return and refund policy. If you need additional information on the policy for any beer gift or other items that we sell, contact us before placing your order.


All physical products that we sell may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. This includes beer tap umbrellas, bottle openers, tap handles, and other beer gifts. In order to be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

If it is past 30 days from the original purchase date items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are a gift. For more information on gift returns see the gifts section.

The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Please do not send your purchase back to the brewery or other third parties.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloads and virtual products
* Clearance items


Items with a gift receipt may be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original purchaser. They will be treated as a regular return and all of the requirements of a regular return still apply. The refund for gift items returned in this manner will go to the original purchaser in the manner it was originally bought.

Gifts may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value if it is within six months of the original purchase date. Any difference in cost will need to be paid by the person returning the item. A gift receipt is required for all items being returned as a gift.

Return and Exchange Process

Requesting a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange send an email to The date that the email is received must match with the date required for the appropriate return or exchange. You will receive a response email notifying you if the return is approved. The response will also provide instructions on returning or exchanging the purchased item.

In Person Return or Exchange

If your item is approved for an in-person return or exchange, you will have a set time and instructions on how to make the return. Items that are not approved for this type of return will not be accepted.

Shipping Your Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges should be shipped to the following address with return approval documentation:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unless otherwise noted all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
