2017 top 50 Craft Breweries, their beer tap handles and where to buy them

It may be 2018 but the Brewers Association just finished compiling their data on craft breweries from last year so we now know the top 50 craft breweries from 2017!

Since I make custom gifts out of beer tap handles a lot of people have been asking me some common questions:
What are the best craft beer tap handles?
